Destinations
Lenko Editions currently accepts physical-product orders for delivery to Canada and the United States. Available options and charges are shown at checkout for your address.

Made-to-order production
Our physical products are printed after an order is placed. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before dispatch, although busy periods or product availability can extend this. Shipping transit time is additional to production time.

Delivery estimates
The delivery estimate shown with your checkout shipping option applies to transit after dispatch. Times vary by product, production facility and destination. Canada-bound international shipments can take several weeks; please review the checkout estimate before purchasing. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping costs and separate packages
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Items may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Where applicable, checkout combines the shipping charges for those packages.

Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment details are provided after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take time to show its first update.

Addresses, customs and delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. Cross-border orders may be subject to import taxes, duties or carrier clearance fees that are not included unless expressly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for these charges where applicable. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, email us so we can investigate.
